Pend

Inspiration from work. If we send any cases to pending queue, the clock will stop ticking and it will only come back to your queue as a new task next day or on the date u set initially. How good is that? u can investigate the case,contact the client, write letters, do a incident report or simply Wait during this period! For those intractable problem, I do wish to pend them longer(forever)...by the time it comes back, I might have already left the company haha.

今天做了个决定,像我这种舍不得把烦恼装进气球放飞的人,只好Pend,要加一个期限，一万年听上去像永远。5年吧。
